The Rockets only return a couple of starters on both sides of the ball, but Coach Cochran and his staff are up for the challenge. On offense, Phillips Blair, a junior transfer from Woodberry Forest School in Virginia, will compete with junior Hunter Markham for the starting quarterback role. Whoever lands the job will head an offense draped with playmakers up and down the roster.
